RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
1. In case you wish to return your order or part of it, you have the possibility to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. In case you encounter any problem or the time period has passed, you can contact the Hellenic Food Basket Customer Service Department at 694 734 2243 or by email at [email protected]
2. Pack the product with the packaging that was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. The products must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered to you and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, altered or used. It is not necessary to send the receipt as it has been sent to you electronically.
3. The Customer Service Department will instruct the courier company to pick up the parcel from the address you have stated that you want the pick up to take place*. The return must be made within 14 calendar days of the day you stated your request. Alternatively, you can proceed with the return process with any courier company of your choice.
4. The package will be sent to the Hellenic Food Basket E-shop.
MONEY BACK (Only valid for online orders in the eshop)
As long as the return process has been completed correctly and the return conditions are met, our company is obliged to refund your money in the same way that your order was paid for, within 30 days of the return of the product to our warehouse.
The refund is made as follows:
• On your debit / credit card, in case the order payment has been made through it (Payment Methods HERE).
• To the bank account you have sent to us via email to the Customer Service Department of Hellenic Food Basket, in case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery. We will send you a notification email when the refund is made. The time to see the funds in your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for more details.
EXCHANGE OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For exchanges of non-faulty products, you should follow the same steps as in the case of a Return.
After we receive and evaluate the products, the business should proceed with a refund and registration of a new order.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
To return/replace defective products, you should follow the same steps as in the case of Returning non-defective products.
In case of a defective product or non-conformity of the delivered products in connection with the order, the return of the products is made exclusively with ACS Courier and the return costs are borne by Hellenic Food Basket.
In order for the return / exchange to be accepted, the following must apply:
• The packaging must be intact without damage or tears
• The product must not be damaged and has not been tested / used
• The product must not have come into direct contact with the skin
• The product must be in perfect/excellent condition that allows it to be resold and has not been unpacked (the plastic wrapping has not been removed and is in its original closed or sealed packaging, with accessories, instructions, etc.).
• A return of the entire package should be made in case of promotional items
• Seasonal items are returned within the same season they were purchased.
Note: If the Customer Service Department is not informed of any of the above cases (returns / replacements / changes), the warehouse will not accept the receipt of the package.
GIFT REFUNDS
If you wish to return a gift, the customer who made the purchase must follow the Returns process as described above and they will also be the recipient of the refund.
